If let say system down for half hour, it is small items so only 1 lorry will get affected. But if in haiya, 3 lorry get affected and the loses is 1000 times higher. Imagine 1000 times risk put down to your head. I almost died few times.

No matter what happen the system cannot be down. Is not like nvm.. got IT staffs to do support if the system down. It's more towards.. please do the necessary so that the system will not go down. In case system down system recovery need to be ready within 15 minutes because it is already affected 1 lorry.

Sometimes we will do anything just for 1 order such as use the showroom set to deliver to customer due to no stock. We got this order need to be delivered before 2pm but Credit Check block in the SAP. I can't help you, you need wait for finance to unblock the order. But.. the customer is big boss friend. That's the time where my superpower comes in. Give me the details I'll do manual interface in the system first then you do reconcile later on.
