Apprentice - Part I

when i leave haiya that time 1 thing that i cannot forget is conducting interviews. interview is like looking for the right one. too many candidates don't know need to select which one. that why need to have interview to get to know the candidates better. to cut time because most of interviewee will take spoof leave in order to come for interview so if change the interview time then interviewee will not show up for interview. please inform him today slot is full, ask him to come tomorrow. he said he couldn't make it tomorrow and want to cancel the interview appointment

to save time i prepared questionaire for interviewee to fill-up before the interview session. if they score a very low mark, sure kena one. (i almost make the interviewee cried for scoring low mark). people called it "stress interview", it is a test of how bad you want this job. don't just conduct interview, don't forget your mission - finding the most suitable candidates. any more candidates? this one.. he will come tomorrow. then mc2 ask a very stupid question - can you stay until we find the right candidate? engine at 30 'C go up to 60 'C. what?? another Mr. 60 'C saw it and come. cold-down cold-down cold-down.

i leave because cannot tahan lemon always say there's a lot of better one out there. but when i leave, where are all those better one? then i realized that i very hard to replaced, i become speechless. if i leave system got a lot of problem later on is not my fault and is not your fault also. that is the price of lemon should pay, for causing a lot of problem. the scary part is mc2 give me the access of all MY IT staff db to headhunt people. you call-up these people whether they interested to come or not, i don't want to call. know how good is MY IT staffs is really make me very hard to sleep.
